Notifications to submitting (first) authors will be sent on February 23, 2023. Notifications include:
- Title, date, and time of session(s) in which abstract has been programmed
- Format of presentation (podium and poster, or poster only)
- Program number
- Presentation time
PLEASE NOTE:
- Co-authors will not receive notifications.
- If your abstract has been accepted, you must accept the invitation to present by March 16, 2023.
- If you do not receive any notification on the status of your submission by March 2, 2023, first check your spam or junk folders. If you still don’t find a notification, please email meetings@aai.org.
